From its deep ruby hue, hinting at earthy undertones, to its vibrant bouquet of bright raspberries, dark plum, vanilla, and coffee bean, this Shiraz invites you on a sensory journey of subtle complexities. On the palate, layers of ripe berry fruits unfold gracefully, complemented by a gentle interplay of tannin and texture. Delicate whispers of vanilla and coffee beans add depth to each sip, creating a harmonious balance of flavour. Crafted with precision, the grapes are gently crushed and destemmed before fermentation, ensuring careful extraction of colour and flavour. Throughout temperature control and timing, the wine captures the essence of McLaren Vale Shiraz. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the tank, followed by nine months of oak maturation, imparting structure and depth. This wine can be enjoyed on release and over the next five years.
