L’alcool Rewards is our rewards programme. By becoming a member you will earn points for every purchase you make online or in-store, and more for participating in online activities. You will also receive access to exclusive member benefits and rewards.

Anyone with a customer account will be automatically enrolled. You can create an account here. If you have previously shopped in-store, we recommend that you create an online account to receive the full benefits of the programme.

Points can be earned by making a purchase online at lalcool.nz, or in-store. You can also earn points for completing other activities, such as creating an account, or referring a friend.

Points from any purchase online or in-store will show in your account straight away. If any items are refunded the points associated with this refund will be deducted from your point balance. 

Points earned from completing an activity, such as creating an account, or following us on social media, will be added to your account instantly.

You can check your profile by clicking the Redeem Points launcher on the bottom right of the website. Here you can check your point balance, earn points by completing activities and access your rewards or email discount(s).

We will also send you updates about your point balance from time to time.

For every $1 spent with us, you will receive 1 point.

You will need a minimum of 300 points to redeem a reward. 300 pt = $10 voucher.

Online- Once you have earned enough loyalty points, your reward will be unlocked. You have the option to use your loyalty points on the reward by clicking Redeem  Rewards launcher to claim your unique discount code. An email will be sent to your account containing the discount code if you wish to use it at a later date. 

Once you have added all your items to your cart, use your discount code at checkout. If the order meets or exceeds the spending threshold, the reward discount is automatically applied to deduce the discount. If the order is not over the spend threshold, the reward will not work.

In-store- You can also redeem your points in store. Our retail team will be able to apply your points to your next Constellation Drive Store purchase, all you will need to do is provide your email address at the counter and we will take care of the rest.

Please note, reward vouchers can not be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers, and only one reward can be used per purchase.

If points have been used as full payment for an order, any refunds will be issued back to your account as the value of the points.

If points have been used as a partial payment for an order, the refund will be issued partly as points and partly in the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

No, points may not be transferred to another person. If you think you may have more than one active customer account, please contact sales@lalcool.nz so we can look into this for you.
