The Wirra Wirra MVCG Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a refined and expressive wine that reflects the distinct character of McLaren Vale. The initials MVCG stand for McLaren Vale Cricket Ground, a nod to the unrealised dream of Wirra Wirra's founder, Greg Trott, to build a world-class cricket ground in his home village. This wine, composed predominantly of Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Shiraz, showcases the best of the region's terroir, especially from the biodynamic Bell Tower vineyard.

Nose: The bouquet is rich and inviting, with pronounced aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and cherry, complemented by subtle hints of dark chocolate. There’s also a mineral edge, with notes of wet stones and graphite adding complexity.
