Willett Pot Still Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon handcrafted in Bardstown by the Willett Distillery. Distilled in a traditional copper pot still, this small-batch bourbon is aged in new American oak barrels and bottled at 47% ABV. Its elegant bottle design mirrors the shape of the family’s copper still, but the liquid inside is what sets it apart—smooth, expressive, and full of classic bourbon character.
Bouquet Warm and rich, with aromas of vanilla bean, caramel, cinnamon and toasted oak. Hints of dried fruit, orange zest and a touch of leather add depth.
Palate Silky and balanced. Flavours of butterscotch, sweet corn, nutmeg and vanilla unfold with a gentle oak spice. The mouthfeel is round and warming, with a long, slightly dry finish laced with baking spice and charred wood.
Food Pairing Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to soften its strength. Pairs beautifully with BBQ ribs, pecan pie, smoked brisket or aged cheddar. Also makes an exceptional base for a bold Old Fashioned or Kentucky Mule.
Cellaring Ready to enjoy now. Once opened, store upright and sealed in a cool, dark place. Will maintain quality for several years.
Interesting Fact The unique bottle design for Willett Pot Still Reserve won a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition—not just for taste, but for its iconic form, shaped to match the family’s actual still.
