Warner’s Harrington Dry Gin is a small-batch, handcrafted British gin made on Falls Farm in Northamptonshire. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills, this gin features a well-balanced blend of eleven botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, cinnamon, angelica root, and citrus peel—many of them grown or foraged on the family-run farm. It’s a true celebration of classic London Dry character, elevated by fresh farm-sourced ingredients and careful distilling.
Bouquet Bold and aromatic. Juniper leads with support from fresh lemon zest, cracked pepper, earthy spice and subtle floral undertones. Clean and crisp on the nose with traditional charm.
Palate Classic and dry. Piney juniper up front, followed by layers of citrus, spice and a gentle earthiness from angelica and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is clean and structured, finishing with a long, dry, peppery snap that’s perfect for true gin lovers.
Food Pairing Serve with tonic and a slice of lemon or sprig of thyme. Also ideal in a Martini, Negroni or a crisp Gin Sour. Pair with charcuterie, roast chicken, herb-marinated feta or seafood with lemon and herbs.
Cellaring Best enjoyed fresh to preserve its bold botanical profile. Store upright in a cool, dark place. Will remain stable for several years once opened.
Interesting Fact Warner’s Distillery began in a 200-year-old barn on their family farm and has since become one of the UK’s leading sustainable gin producers—crafting spirits with real ingredients, zero shortcuts, and a deep commitment to the land they farm.
