Teeling Small Batch Whiskey

Distillation & Maturation
Teeling Small Batch is a blend of grain and malt Irish whiskeys, initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in Central American rum casks for up to 12 months. Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered, it’s a modern Irish whiskey with a warm, rounded character and a twist of tropical spice—crafted to stand out in a category known for smoothness.

Nose
Aromas of vanilla, dried fruit and sweet rum-soaked oak, with hints of cinnamon, citrus peel and toasted coconut. Inviting and gently exotic.

Palate
Smooth and lively, the palate bursts with notes of caramel, baked apple, soft spice and honeyed grain. The rum cask finish brings tropical fruit, molasses and subtle oak tannin. Rounded and warming with a pleasantly spiced finish.

Food Pairing
Excellent with spiced pork, banana bread, or ginger snaps. Also great in a whiskey sour or served neat with roasted nuts and dried fruit.

Interesting Fact
Teeling was the first new distillery to open in Dublin in over 125 years, and their Small Batch release helped spearhead the Irish whiskey renaissance with bold cask finishes and contemporary style.
