SOHO Westwood Rosé 2024 is crafted from Pinot Noir grown in Marlborough, harvested early to retain natural acidity and brightness. The grapes were gently pressed with limited skin contact to achieve its delicate pink hue. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserved fruit purity and freshness, resulting in a dry, vibrant rosé that captures the essence of summer in a glass.
Bouquet Fragrant and fresh with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon. Floral hints of rose petal and a touch of citrus peel lift the nose.
Palate Dry and crisp with lively acidity and a silky texture. Red berry flavours combine with grapefruit and subtle stone fruit, finishing clean and refreshing with mineral poise.
Food Pairing Perfect with grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, goat’s cheese or Mediterranean platters. Also lovely as an aperitif or paired with sushi and sashimi.
