Distilled with precision and passion, this dry gin highlights native ingredients like wild thyme and kawakawa, balanced by classic juniper, citrus and a thread of spice. It’s a clean, elegant spirit with a deep connection to the rugged Central Otago landscape.

Bouquet
Bright and herbaceous, with notes of wild thyme, fresh juniper, lemon zest and native New Zealand botanicals. A subtle floral lift adds dimension and freshness.

Palate
Clean, crisp and beautifully balanced. Classic juniper pairs with zesty citrus and soft green herbs, with a lingering note of wild thyme that ties it all together. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing, with a dry, gently spiced finish that invites another sip.
