This stunning 2023 Rosé from Redmetal is a beautiful expression of the Mediterranean style, perfectly showcasing the best of Hawke's Bay's terroir. Pale salmon in colour, it strikes the perfect balance between ripe red fruit and delicate herbaceous notes. The nose is bursting with bright red berry aromas, while the palate reveals layers of juicy, ripe fruit complemented by hints of dried herbs. The long, dry finish leaves a refreshing impression, making it incredibly food-friendly and highly drinkable.

Crafted with meticulous care, the grapes were crushed and soaked on skins for just 2 hours to capture the ideal colour before pressing and fermenting in stainless steel. The wine was then held on gross lees for 4 months to develop added texture and length on the palate.
