Winemaking
Sourced from premium vineyard sites in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys, Rapaura Springs Reserve Pinot Noir 2023 is a vibrant, polished expression of the region’s ability to produce world-class Pinot. The grapes are handpicked, carefully fermented in small batches, and matured in French oak to enhance complexity while showcasing bright, pure fruit.

Bouquet
Fragrant and expressive with aromas of ripe cherry, redcurrant, plum and subtle hints of spice and dried herbs.

Palate
Silky and lively with generous red berry flavours, soft spice, and a smooth, supple mouthfeel. Fine tannins and a refreshing finish highlight the wine’s vibrant, fruit-driven style.

Food Pairing
Perfect with roast duck, grilled lamb, mushroom pasta, or charcuterie boards. Also lovely with creamy cheeses and herb-crusted salmon.

Cellaring
Beautiful to drink now but can be cellared through 2027 for added depth and softness.
