Certified organic and biodynamic, the fruit is handpicked, wild fermented, and aged in French oak to create a wine of structure, intensity, and finesse. This wine truly captures Bendigo’s warm, bold character.
Bouquet Vibrant aromas of black cherry, dark plum, wild herbs, and earthy spice, with a subtle floral lift.
Palate Rich and powerful with concentrated dark fruits, savoury notes, firm tannins, and a mineral thread. A bold, persistent finish reflects Bendigo’s warm, rugged terroir.
