Crafted with a distinctive mashbill of locally sourced grains, this whisky brings together a range of flavors that embody the rich, warm character of winter.

The foundation of this whisky lies in a carefully selected blend of New Zealand malts:

• Manuka Smoked Malt: Featuring the world’s only manuka-smoked malt, it adds a smooth, sweet smokiness that is both delicate and distinctive.
• Chocolate Roasted Malt: Specially roasted for Pōkeno, this malt contributes lovely notes of coffee and dark chocolate.
• Toffee Malt: Roasted at low temperatures and caramelized, it brings forward honey and toffee flavors for added depth.
• Laureate Distillers Malt: Known for its floral sweetness, this malt rounds out the blend with a light, fragrant character.

Aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, this winter-inspired single malt is beautifully layered and balanced.
