Pōkeno Revelation is a vibrant expression of New Zealand single malt whisky, crafted with 100% locally grown barley and pure spring water. Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, it showcases bold, fruity character and creamy vanilla richness. Bottled non-chill filtered and natural in colour at 46%, Revelation lives up to its name—revealing the flavour potential of Aotearoa’s unique terroir and distilling expertise.

Bouquet
Lush and expressive with aromas of ripe peach, honey, citrus zest, and creamy vanilla, layered over soft oak and baking spice.

Palate
Smooth and full of energy. Juicy orchard fruit and citrus are wrapped in toffee, nougat, and a hint of coconut from the bourbon cask. Balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of peppery spice, with a long, clean finish.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with roast pork, grilled pineapple, or creamy cheeses. Also a great match for peach cobbler or honey-roasted nuts.
