Hints of pistachio dust on wet slate, chamomile, and marigold create earthy floral layers, while a touch of amaranth and cinnamon evokes the warmth of a summer afternoon in a hay shed.

On the palate, a distinct savory, almost saline character balances vibrant fruit flavors. Ripe quince, custard apple, and feijoa give way to grapefruit, mandarin, and kaffir lime leaf, complemented by cinnamon and baking spices. The wine’s textural power and supple acid tension lead to a silky, long finish, with lingering notes of wild strawberry and white cranberry.
