This delicate and textural dry Riesling boasts a symphony of flavours, where the freshness of green apple, the delicate fragrance of elderflower, and the sweet allure of orange blossom intertwine harmoniously. With each sip, the palate is greeted by the refreshing zest of fresh ginger and the vibrant essence of ripe lime, culminating in a focused and balanced experience. Hand-harvested grapes are sourced from the organically certified Peregrine Bendigo Estate and Pisa, lending authenticity to every bottle. Utilising natural fermentation stopped with cooling, this wine achieves the perfect equilibrium of dryness and finesse.
