Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2020, often nicknamed "Baby Grange," is a masterful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Crafted using fruit sourced from South Australia’s best vineyards, the wine is matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange, delivering intensity, structure, and luxurious texture.

Bouquet
Deeply fragrant with notes of cassis, blackberry, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, and spicy oak.

Palate
Full-bodied and opulent with rich dark fruits, powerful tannins, balanced oak spice, and a long, seamless finish. Bold, polished and deeply satisfying.

Food Pairing
Perfect with roasted venison, braised beef short ribs, chargrilled ribeye, or a slow-cooked mushroom and truffle pasta. Also superb with aged cheddar.

Cellaring
Outstanding now with decanting but will cellar magnificently through to 2040, gaining complexity, richness, and savoury depth.
