Distilled in Shanghai, Peddlers Gin is a small-batch craft gin inspired by China’s long spice trade history. It’s made with a unique blend of botanicals including Sichuan pepper, Buddha’s hand citrus, Chinese cassia, and lotus flower. These are vapour-distilled in traditional copper stills to preserve balance, vibrancy, and aromatic purity. A contemporary gin with exotic depth and award-winning credentials.
Bouquet Bright and complex with aromatic notes of citrus peel, earthy spice, and soft floral tones. Sichuan pepper adds a fragrant lift and intriguing tingle.
Palate Smooth and expressive. Zesty citrus and classic juniper are woven with warm spice, peppercorn, and herbal nuance. The finish is long, dry, and tingling with just a hint of floral sweetness.
Food Pairing Serve with a dry tonic and a slice of orange or ginger. Excellent in a bold Negroni, spiced G&T, or citrus-forward martini. Pairs well with duck, Szechuan cuisine, or charred eggplant.
Cellaring Best enjoyed fresh to capture the vivid spice and citrus profile. Store in a cool, dark place and consume within 1–2 years once opened.
Interesting Fact Peddlers is China’s first craft gin to win international awards and is inspired by the old street markets and spice routes of Shanghai. Every bottle celebrates bold flavour and adventurous spirit.
