Crafted in the sun-drenched region of Puglia, this stunning red blend of Primitivo and Negroamaro is made using the traditional Appassimento method—where grapes are left to naturally dry on the vine before harvest. This ancient technique concentrates flavour, reduces juice yield, and enhances the wine’s richness, depth, and aromatic complexity.
After careful hand-harvesting between late September and early October, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented, followed by 12 months of maturation in cement tanks to preserve purity of fruit and texture.
The result is a deep ruby red wine bursting with aromas of dark cherry, wild berries, strawberry, raisin, vanilla and subtle spice. On the palate, it’s plush and full-bodied with velvety tannins, rich dark fruit, and a long, smooth finish layered with cocoa and sweet spice.
Elegant, intense, and unmistakably southern Italian—this is Puglia at its bold, expressive best.
