Crafted by winemaker Rebecca Salmond, this Pinot Noir showcases Marlborough's elegance and depth. The nose reveals ripe cherry and blackberry aromas with spicy undertones, leading to a fragrant palate. The wine is elegant yet weighty, with intense fruit ripeness imparting a sweet impression. A long, well-structured finish ensures this wine is aging wonderfully.​

Sam Kim of Wine Orbit awarded it 93 points, noting its sweetly ripe and delightfully fragrant nose with dark plum, raspberry, mixed spice, and roasted nut aromas. He describes the palate as displaying succulent fruit flavors with a fleshy texture and beautifully flowing mouthfeel, leading to a fine, polished finish. ​

Hand-harvested and cold-soaked for a week, the wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 30% new tight-grained French oak barriques. The result is a Pinot Noir that is both expressive and refined.​
