Distillation & Maturation
Nikka Days is a beautifully blended Japanese whisky made from a mix of delicate grain and lightly peated malt whiskies sourced from both Nikka’s Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries. Designed for easy enjoyment, it's mellow yet nuanced, showcasing the softer side of Japanese whisky with a touch of smoke. Bottled at 40% ABV, it's an elegant all-rounder perfect for casual sipping, cocktails, or sharing.

Nose
Fresh and floral with aromas of pear, white peach, citrus zest and soft vanilla. A whisper of smoke adds subtle intrigue beneath the fruit.

Palate
Silky and well-balanced, the palate delivers creamy malt, honey, poached apple and light spice. The finish is smooth and gently warming, with lingering fruit and a touch of oak and smoke.

Food Pairing
Pairs effortlessly with sushi, grilled white fish, soft cheeses or citrus desserts. Also lovely in a highball with soda and lemon.
