Nautilus Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is made from fruit grown in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys, with each parcel fermented separately to showcase regional character. Cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves aromatics, while time on lees adds texture and palate weight. The result is a sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc with precision, purity and a subtle savoury edge.
Bouquet Bright and aromatic with notes of lime, grapefruit and passionfruit. Underlying hints of lemongrass, blackcurrant leaf and mineral lift the nose.
Palate Dry and crisp with a sleek acid line and silky mouthfeel. Flavours of citrus, guava and green herbs flow across a finely textured palate, finishing long and fresh.
Food Pairing Excellent with oysters, goat’s cheese, Thai salads or herbed white fish. Also pairs beautifully with grilled asparagus or fresh garden greens.
