Crafted from estate-grown fruit in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys, this Pinot Gris underwent cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain aromatic purity. A small portion was aged in seasoned oak to add texture and weight, balancing freshness with subtle richness.
Bouquet Bright and expressive, the nose offers a medley of white nectarine, ripe pear, and fresh lemon zest, lifted by hints of green tea and soft floral spice.
Palate The palate is generous yet refined, with ripe orchard fruit and citrus flavours wrapped in a silky texture. Gentle acidity carries the wine to a clean, moreish finish.
Food Pairing This wine is versatile at the table. Try it with pan-fried gurnard and kūmara purée, pork dumplings with sesame dipping sauce, or a spiced roast chicken with apricot glaze. It also pairs well with a creamy mushroom and herb pasta.
