Winemaking Crafted from premium Shiraz parcels across McLaren Vale, Blue Eyed Boy is an exuberant expression of Mollydooker's signature style—intense, opulent, and ready to impress. The wine is partially barrel-fermented and aged in American oak (mostly new) to enhance richness and spice. As with all Mollydooker reds, a Mollydooker Shake is recommended before serving to soften CO₂ and release the wine’s full potential.

Palate Full-bodied and plush, delivering wave after wave of dark fruit, chocolate, and warm oak spice. Creamy tannins and a velvety texture lead into a powerful, lingering finish. This is hedonistic Shiraz at its finest.
