Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grown on Misha’s stunning lakefront vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago, ‘The Soloist’ Rosé 2024 is made in a dry, Provençal-inspired style. The fruit was hand-picked and gently whole bunch pressed with minimal skin contact to extract delicate colour and aromatics. Fermented cool in stainless steel, the wine retains brightness, purity, and a fine mineral edge.
Bouquet Lifted and perfumed with aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon and white cherry. Floral notes of rose petal and citrus blossom add delicacy and charm.
Palate Dry and refreshing with vibrant acidity and a silky texture. Flavours of raspberry, grapefruit and red apple dance across a finely balanced palate with a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing Perfect with salmon sashimi, Mediterranean mezze, goat’s cheese or summer salads. Also lovely with grilled prawns or herb-marinated chicken.
