Introducing Rendition, a captivating blend of Central Otago's finest vineyards and subregions, crafted to embody the essence of each vintage. The 2022 Rendition Pinot Noir marries ultra-premium fruit sourced from esteemed Lowburn and Bendigo vineyards, resulting in a wine of unparalleled quality. This year's Rendition features a label adorned with artwork by esteemed New Zealand Street Artist, Component, capturing the essence of Central Otago's landscape, vivid sky, and evolving colours of the season. Hand-harvested and carefully vinified, the grapes undergo a meticulous process, including cold soaking, fermentation with wild yeast, and maturation in French oak barriques. The result is a wine with a pronounced floral bouquet of violets and roses, a complex palate with barrel spice nuances, and a long, elegant finish. Enjoyable in its youth yet promising rewards with cellaring.
