This exquisite wine marries floral elegance with fruit purity and minerality, accented by a subtle touch of French oak. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes a meticulous vinification process, including whole bunch pressing and fermentation in French oak Barriques using wild and cultured yeast. Following malolactic fermentation and maturation on yeast lees, the wine is bottled, capturing the essence of its site and variety.
