Mastroberardino Radici Fiano di Avellino 2021 is crafted from 20-year-old Fiano vines situated at 550 metres above sea level in Campania's DOCG region. The grapes are hand-harvested in the second half of October and undergo classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16–18°C). The wine is then aged in bottle for three to four months before release.

Palate On the palate, Mastroberardino Radici Fiano di Avellino 2021 is fresh and juicy, with a well-balanced structure. Flavours of white peach and grapefruit lead to a dry finish with distinct notes of dried fruits, showcasing the wine's good acidity and smooth texture.
Food Pairing This versatile white wine pairs excellently with seafood salads, legume-based dishes, fresh cheeses, and pasta. It also complements main courses featuring baked or grilled fish, white meats, and non-aged cheeses.
