Unlike traditional vintage Champagne, Grand Siècle is based on a bold and original concept: rather than celebrating a single year, it blends three exceptional vintages to achieve what nature alone never could—perfect Champagne every time. Iteration No. 24 combines the 2007, 2006, and 2004 vintages, all declared outstanding by Laurent-Perrier. Composed of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir from 11 Grand Cru villages, and aged over 15 years on lees, this cuvée represents the house’s pinnacle of refinement and balance. Dosage: 7g/L.
Bouquet
Mesmerising and complex, the nose delivers layers of lemon oil, white peach, and poached pear, alongside toasted brioche, almond cream, and delicate floral notes. Subtle hints of honey, hazelnut, and chalky minerality unfold with each swirl—pure elegance in aromatic form.
Palate
Silky and seamless on the palate, with an exquisite mousse and deep, layered flavours. Citrus, stone fruit, and patisserie notes merge with saline freshness, nutty richness, and a whisper of spice. The length is extraordinary, with laser-like precision and a chalk-dry finish that lingers gracefully. A wine of energy, harmony, and grandeur.
Food Pairing
Ideal with lobster, scallops in beurre blanc, or truffle risotto. Also sublime with aged Comté or served solo as a statement apéritif. This is Champagne at its most cerebral and celebratory—perfect for milestone moments or the finest of cellars.
