This wine is made from low-yielding old Garnacha vines, aged between 30 to 50 years, grown in the challenging terroir of Calatayud in Aragón, Spain. The vineyard’s elevation at 800 meters above sea level and the poor, mineral-rich soils contribute to the wine’s intense and concentrated flavours.

Nose: The nose is vibrant and expressive, offering a rich bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, and raspberry. These fruit aromas are complemented by layers of vanilla, tobacco, cedar, and a subtle hint of salami, adding complexity and depth.
