Distillation & Maturation
Knob Creek 9 Year Old is a small batch bourbon from the heart of Kentucky, aged patiently in deeply charred American oak barrels to develop its signature richness. Bottled at 50% (100 proof), it delivers big, classic bourbon flavours—ideal for sipping neat or standing strong in cocktails.

Nose
Deep and aromatic, with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, maple syrup and roasted peanuts. Hints of caramel, spice and orange peel give it warmth and complexity.

Palate
Full-bodied and bold, the palate offers layers of brown sugar, charred oak, dark chocolate and baking spice. The higher proof brings heat and intensity, balanced by sweet corn, rye spice and a long, warming finish with a touch of smoke and leather.

Food Pairing
Perfect with barbecue ribs, chargrilled steak or smoked brisket. Also excellent with pecan pie, dark chocolate or strong cheeses.

Cellaring
Ready to enjoy now, but opens up beautifully with a splash of water or a few minutes in the glass. Will hold its strength and depth for years after opening.

Named after the creek near Abraham Lincoln’s childhood home, Knob Creek helped define the small-batch bourbon category when it launched in the 1990s—bringing bold, age-stated bourbon back into the spotlight.
