Klipdrift Premium Brandy

Klipdrift Premium is a South African pot still brandy, crafted from the finest locally grown grapes and aged for a minimum of three years in French oak barrels. Made using a blend of double-distilled pot still and lighter column still spirits, the brandy is matured to achieve smoothness, depth and a touch of sweetness. It’s a step up from the original Klipdrift, offering a richer, more refined sipping experience.

Bouquet
Inviting aromas of dried apricot, vanilla, warm spice and toasted oak. Hints of honeycomb and citrus peel add lift and complexity.

Palate
Smooth and warming. Flavours of golden sultana, caramel, baking spice and ripe stone fruit unfold with soft oak tannins and a gentle sweetness. The finish is rounded and lingering, with notes of nutmeg, toffee and a touch of orange zest.

Food Pairing
Serve neat, with a splash of water, or over ice. Excellent alongside sticky toffee pudding, baked apple, dark chocolate or a rich cheese board. Also a great choice for brandy-based cocktails like a Sidecar or Brandy Alexander.

Cellaring
Ready to enjoy now, with no need for further ageing. Once opened, store upright in a cool, dark place and enjoy within 1–2 years.
