This 700ml blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbons, aged between 4 to 8 years old, unveils a symphony of flavours, including rich caramel, vanilla, spice, fruit, sweetness, and citrus, promising a sensory journey like no other. But beyond its label lies a celebration of the enduring bond between Irish and Kentucky whiskey craftsmanship, as Kentucky Owl collaborates with Irish Whiskey Bonder, Louise McGuane, to select rare whiskey barrels for their distinct flavour profiles. Master Blender John Rhea then orchestrates these elements to perfection. Delight in the nose's sweet caramel and honey, gently spiced to entice the palate, followed by a palate boasting long notes of caramel, butterscotch, and frosted cinnamon roll, intertwined with nuances of chocolate orange, candy floss, and citrus peel. As the experience culminates, a long and lingering finish graces the senses, adorned with vanilla pods and balanced wood influence, epitomising the artistry behind this exceptional blended bourbon.
