Huia Brut Rosé 2020 is a certified organic sparkling wine made in the traditional method, using Pinot Noir and a touch of Chardonnay from Huia’s Marlborough vineyards. The fruit is hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by over 24 months on lees to enhance complexity and texture. Low dosage ensures a dry, expressive style that reflects both site and variety.
Bouquet Fresh and inviting with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. Notes of rose petal, citrus peel, and delicate pastry add a refined edge.
