Opening with an array of aromas including crème brûlée, heather honey, and delicate cinnamon, it evolves into a symphony of fruity notes, reminiscent of fresh pineapple adorned with sun-kissed lemon zest. With a subtle hint of warm, freshly baked sponge cake and toasted cinnamon, this single malt leaves a lasting impression. Crafted by our Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion, predominantly from sherry seasoned European oak casks, it delivers a rich, spicy character, complemented by sweet vanilla from American oak casks. Balanced with just a touch of refill casks to enhance smoothness, it's bottled at 44% ABV, allowing its vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat to shine through. Experience the light golden hue, clear and bright, with flavours of toasted cinnamon shards, mellow peat smoke, warm vanilla sponge cake, sun-kissed lemon zest, fresh pineapple, and heather-rich honey.
