Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret Gin is a vibrant limited-edition release from the whimsical world of Hendrick’s Gin. Inspired by 19th-century French stone fruit eaux-de-vie, this expression infuses apricot, peach and plum alongside classic Hendrick’s botanicals—rose, cucumber, juniper and citrus. Distilled in small batches at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace in Girvan, Scotland, Grand Cabaret is part of the “Cabinet of Curiosities” series crafted by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie.
Bouquet Lush and perfumed. Aromas of ripe stone fruit—peach, apricot and cherry—leap from the glass, with delicate floral notes, fresh citrus and a gentle thread of rose and juniper.
Palate Soft, rounded and fruit-forward. Juicy peach and plum meet vibrant juniper and orange peel, layered with floral lift and a hint of spiced pear. Silky on the palate with a crisp, lightly sweet finish and a subtle herbal echo.
Food Pairing Serve with tonic and a slice of peach or twist of orange. Also delicious in a French 75, Gin Spritz, or floral-inspired cocktails. Pairs well with pâté, fruit tarts, creamy cheeses or charcuterie with fig and apricot.
Cellaring Best enjoyed fresh to capture its bright fruit and floral character. Store upright in a cool, dark place. Once opened, enjoy within 1–2 years.
Interesting Fact Grand Cabaret is part of Hendrick’s Cabinet of Curiosities, a creative platform for seasonal and one-off gins that allow Master Distiller Lesley Gracie to experiment beyond the original recipe—making each edition truly collectible.
