Hastings Distillers East Block 200

This bold and aromatic gin is crafted using 10 organic botanicals, 8 of which are sourced from Hawke's Bay. Batch distilled in our 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water, it opens with vibrant citrus and juniper top notes. Angelica root and kaffir lime add floral undertones and a complex herbal layer. Ideal for a refreshing gin and tonic, or as a smooth base for martinis and cocktails.
