Distilled in the Cognac region of France, G’Vine Floraison Gin redefines tradition by using neutral grape spirit rather than grain, resulting in a silky, elegant mouthfeel. Its defining feature is the inclusion of vine flower blossoms, harvested in June during the fleeting flowering of the Ugni Blanc vine. These blossoms are macerated and distilled separately before being blended with ten other botanicals for a truly floral and refined expression.
Bouquet Delicate and aromatic, the nose opens with white florals, honeysuckle, and citrus blossom, followed by subtle herbal notes, soft juniper, and a touch of ginger.
Palate Graceful and smooth, the palate reveals fresh green grape, soft florals and warming spice. The texture is round and silky thanks to the grape spirit, finishing long and fragrant with a whisper of cardamom and nutmeg.
Food Pairing Perfect in a French 75 or a floral G&T with white grape or cucumber garnish. Lovely with goat’s cheese, cured salmon, or fresh summer salads.
Cellaring Designed for fresh drinking. Best stored in a cool, dark place and enjoyed within a year of opening.
Interesting Fact G’Vine was one of the world’s first grape-based gins, challenging the traditional grain spirit base to create a smoother, more aromatic style rooted in the elegance of Cognac’s terroir.
