A flagship Ruby Port from the historic Graham’s house, Six Grapes is a blend of premium lots from the same vineyards used for their Vintage Ports. Made from the classic Douro red grapes—including Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca—this wine is fermented in traditional granite lagares before being matured in large oak vats. It retains all the vibrancy of youth while offering richness and depth.
Bouquet Fragrant and opulent, the nose shows ripe blackberries, plum compote, and cherries, layered with hints of dark chocolate and violet. There’s a subtle spice element reminiscent of clove and cinnamon bark.
Palate Full-bodied and velvety, with plush dark fruit flavours that coat the palate—think blackcurrants, raspberries, and liquorice. The tannins are soft and rounded, supporting a long, succulent finish with just the right touch of sweetness.
Food Pairing Perfect with dark chocolate desserts, berry tarts, or a rich blue cheese like Stilton. For something different, try it alongside a slow-cooked venison dish or a fig and walnut tart.
