Blend No. 5 is Graham’s contemporary take on White Port, created to highlight freshness and versatility. Made from a blend of two indigenous white grape varieties—Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Galego—it’s vinified in small lots with controlled fermentation to retain aromatics and fruit purity. Lightly fortified and unoaked, this wine is bottled young to preserve its vibrant style.
Bouquet A fragrant bouquet of fresh citrus blossom, elderflower, and honeysuckle, interwoven with ripe apricots, lemon peel, and a hint of tropical fruit. There’s a lifted, almost gin-like herbal edge that adds complexity.
Palate Lively and zesty with a refreshing citrus backbone, the palate brings lemon sherbet, white peach, and a touch of grapefruit. There’s a gentle sweetness balanced by crisp acidity, leaving a clean, thirst-quenching finish. Smooth and modern, it’s made to be enjoyed chilled.
Food Pairing Enjoy on its own over ice with a slice of orange or mixed with tonic for a refreshing White Port & Tonic. It also pairs beautifully with olives, almonds, seafood tapas, or soft cheeses like chèvre or brie.
Cellaring Best served young and fresh—no need for ageing. Once opened, keep it chilled and enjoy within 3–4 weeks to maintain its vibrancy.
Interesting Fact Blend No. 5 was created to appeal to a new generation of Port drinkers—lighter, drier, and crafted for mixing. Even the label design breaks tradition, with a bold and contemporary look that stands out on the shelf.
