Glenfarclas 105 is a legendary cask strength single malt from one of Speyside’s most revered family-owned distilleries. Bottled at a mighty 60% ABV, it’s matured in a mix of ex-Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks to deliver intensity, depth, and unmistakable Glenfarclas character. Nose
Bold and fragrant, with aromas of toffee, dark dried fruit and warm spice. Layers of almond, orange peel, oak char and vanilla rise with a drop of water.

Palate
Powerful and mouth-coating, the palate delivers dark chocolate, Christmas cake, roasted nuts and cinnamon spice. A splash of water reveals honeyed malt, dried fig and rich oak. The finish is long, warming, and lingering with sweet spice and sherry richness.

Food Pairing
Best with strong flavours—think dark chocolate, fruitcake, blue cheese or glazed meats. Also superb with espresso or dark-roasted nuts.

Cellaring
Drinking well now, especially with a touch of water to open it up. This cask strength dram can age gracefully even after opening—ideal for slow savouring over time.
