Aroma
Big tropical aromatics of mango, passionfruit, peach, and orange sherbet with a soft, floral lift and a juicy pop of citrus zest.

Palate
Soft and pillowy with a wave of ripe stone fruit, pineapple, and tangy citrus. Low bitterness, creamy body, and a smooth, full finish. The hops are generous but rounded—delivering flavour without harshness.

Food Pairing
A brilliant match for spicy fried chicken, bao buns, or loaded nachos. Also great with grilled prawns, creamy curries, or anything bold and flavour-packed.
