The whole sloes are macerated in Gabriel Boudier’s meticulously distilled gin, allowing the rich aromas and deep color of the sloe fruit to infuse the spirit. After maceration, a precise amount of sugar is added to achieve a well-balanced, traditional liqueur, with origins rooted in British household traditions. With an ABV of 30%, this sloe gin offers a smooth and flavorful profile, perfect for sipping or mixing.
