Frescobaldi Nipozzano Riserva 2021

Crafted primarily from Sangiovese grapes, complemented by small amounts of Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by 24 months of ageing in oak barrels and further refinement in bottle to develop complexity and structure.

Bouquet
The nose reveals black cherry, raspberry and blueberry, with floral notes of violet and rosehip. Subtle hints of black pepper, nutmeg and balsamic add depth.

Palate
Well-structured and balanced, with flavours of red and black berries, interwoven with spice. Dense yet silky tannins lead to a persistent, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled red meats, roast lamb, mushroom-based dishes and aged cheeses.
