Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is the flagship expression from the renowned Four Pillars Distillery in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Crafted in small batches using a German copper still, it balances traditional juniper and spice with fresh Australian oranges and native botanicals like Tasmanian pepperberry and lemon myrtle. The result is a truly modern Australian gin—full of flavour, vibrancy and texture, with a nod to London Dry structure and a proudly local twist.
Bouquet Bright and bold. Aromas of fresh citrus peel, cardamom, juniper and ginger leap from the glass, backed by soft spice and a clean piney lift.
Palate Vibrant and well-structured. Juniper and coriander provide a classic backbone, while orange zest, green spice and a subtle earthy warmth from native botanicals create complexity. Finishes with crisp citrus, dry herbs and a clean, gently peppery kick.
Food Pairing Perfect in a classic G&T with a slice of orange, or in cocktails like a Negroni, Martini, or Tom Collins. Pairs beautifully with chargrilled prawns, fresh oysters, goat’s cheese or Asian-style salads with citrus and herbs.
Cellaring Best enjoyed fresh to preserve its bright citrus and spice profile. Once opened, store cool and sealed for long-term enjoyment.
Interesting Fact Four Pillars has become one of the most internationally awarded gin distilleries in the world, and was named International Gin Producer of the Year at the IWSC in both 2019 and 2020. Rare Dry Gin is where it all began.
