Engine Organic Gin 700ml

Engine Gin is a small-batch, 100% certified organic Italian gin made in the Alta Langa region of Piedmont. Distilled using traditional copper stills, it features a bold blend of botanicals including Italian juniper, lemon peel, sage, liquorice root and damask rose. Inspired by the rebellious spirit of classic motorsports and Italian design, it comes in a distinctive tin oil-can-style bottle that turns heads while delivering serious flavour.

Bouquet
Aromatic and lifted, with fresh lemon peel, crushed sage and wild juniper leading the way. Undertones of rose petal and liquorice bring complexity and a soft herbal sweetness.

Palate
Bright and expressive. Zesty citrus and piney juniper dominate, balanced by earthy sage, a hint of liquorice and floral warmth. Smooth, dry and clean on the finish, with lingering herbal clarity and a fresh alpine edge.

Food Pairing
Perfect in a G&T with a twist of lemon or sprig of sage. Also ideal for bold cocktails like a Negroni, Gin Sour or Gin Basil Smash. Pairs well with Mediterranean fare—think grilled vegetables, lemony seafood or antipasti.
