Sourced from old-vine Garnacha grown in the dry, rugged hills of Campo de Borja, this wine is all about unfiltered expression and bold personality. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit purity and bottled young, the 2021 vintage is unapologetically juicy, vibrant, and full of character—zero oak, 100% kickass.

Bouquet

Bursts out of the glass with ripe raspberry, cherry compote, and blueberry jam, backed by hints of liquorice, cracked pepper, and a touch of wild thyme. Fruit-forward with a playful wild streak.

Palate

Full of flavour but refreshingly smooth. Juicy red and black fruits dominate, with soft tannins and a touch of herbal spice. Medium-bodied with a clean, dry finish and a bit of cheeky flair. It’s Garnacha, but not as you know it—wild, youthful, and ready to party.

Food Pairing

A natural match for burgers, loaded nachos, smoky barbecue, or chorizo pizza. Also perfect with veggie skewers, tacos, or anything fun and fiery.
