Distilled in small batches at the Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is crafted from a traditional mash bill of malted and unmalted barley with a touch of Irish oats. Triple distilled and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, it’s a rich, layered whiskey that balances creaminess, spice, and orchard fruit with true Irish character.

Bouquet
Bright and inviting. Aromas of green apple, vanilla custard, baking spice, and toasted cereal grain with a touch of dried apricot and soft oak.

Palate
Smooth and textural. Notes of sweet malt, spice, stewed apple and honeyed oat flow over a silky mouthfeel, supported by gentle oak tannin and a warming finish.
