Doorly's XO Rum

Doorly's XO Rum, proudly crafted at the esteemed Foursquare factory nestled on the picturesque Caribbean Island of Barbados, pays homage to its founder, Martin Doorly, whose legacy dates back to the 1920s, making it one of the oldest rum brands on the island. With a rich history dating back to 1908, Doorly's holds the distinction of being the first rum ever exported from Barbados. The latest XO expression represents a culmination of time-honoured craftsmanship, blending some of their most venerable rums and subjecting them to a secondary maturation in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a symphony of flavours, where luscious notes of caramel, brown Demerara sugar, and banana intertwine with hints of toffee apple, sultana, and spice derived from the sherry casks.
