The vineyard, planted in 2002 on north-facing slopes, benefits from ancient soils and a cool climate, which impart remarkable fruit quality. A blend of Clone 5 and Clone 115, with 10% whole bunch inclusion, the grapes were fermented with native yeasts and matured in a combination of new and older French oak barrels. This traditional method enhances the wine's complexity, while allowing its natural elegance to shine through.
