Cristom Vineyards Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2020 is crafted from a blend of Cristom’s biodynamically farmed estate vineyards alongside select neighbouring sites. The fruit is hand-harvested, wild fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters, and aged in French oak. This cuvée captures the energy, perfume, and balance that Oregon’s Willamette Valley is famous for.

Bouquet
Fragrant and complex with notes of red cherry, wild strawberry, clove, fresh herbs, and a hint of forest floor earthiness.

Palate
Silky and lively with layers of red fruits, savoury spice, bright acidity, and fine tannins. A pure, energetic finish laced with a mineral edge brings elegance and vibrancy.

Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled pork tenderloin, rosemary roasted chicken, a wild mushroom and barley salad, or a simple wood-fired margherita pizza. Also lovely with creamy Brie or Comté cheese.

Cellaring
Beautiful to enjoy now but will continue to evolve gracefully through to 2030. A brief decant will enhance aromatic depth if drinking young.
